Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Leverage LLC, doing business as AI Leverage Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit aileverageacademy.com, enroll in a program, or attend a session.

Who we are

AI Leverage LLC, doing business as AI Leverage Academy, provides AI implementation training to professionals, business owners, and institutions. You can reach us at hello@aileverageautomation.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and professional details when you enquire, join a waitlist, or enroll. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, employer or business name, and role.
  • Enrollment and payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the last four digits and card type. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Program information such as your attendance, progress, submitted work, questions asked, and any workflows or business details you choose to share during a session.
  • Communications by email, phone, or through our platforms.

Live session recordings

We record live cohort sessions, workshops, and institutional sessions. Recordings capture video, audio, and chat, including participants who speak or appear on camera. We use recordings to provide replays to enrolled participants, to review and improve the curriculum, and to produce clips for marketing and educational content on channels such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

If you prefer not to appear in a recording, you may keep your camera off, ask questions in chat instead of aloud, or tell us before or during the session and we will exclude you from any published clip. You may also ask us at any time to remove a clip that features you, and we will do so for content we control.

Information collected automatically

Our website and platform providers may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page. We use this to understand performance and traffic, not to identify individuals.

How we use information

  • To enroll you, deliver the program, and give you access to materials and replays.
  • To communicate about schedules, changes, and support.
  • To improve the curriculum, including reviewing recordings and transcripts internally to see what landed and what did not.
  • To produce marketing and educational content, subject to the recording choices described above.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.

Institutional and employer sponsored enrollment. If your seat is paid for by an employer, university, chamber, or other sponsoring organization, we share attendance and completion information with that sponsor, because they are paying for the outcome. We do not share the content of your individual questions, submitted work, or private conversations with a sponsor unless you ask us to.

We share information with service providers who operate parts of our business on our behalf, and only to the extent they need it. These currently include providers for website and application hosting, payment processing, email and customer relationship management, video conferencing and hosting, transcription, and AI analysis of session transcripts. Each is bound to handle the information only for the services they provide to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our participants, or others.

Testimonials

We publish testimonials and results only with the permission of the person quoted. If you have given permission and later change your mind, email us and we will remove it from content we control.

How long we keep information

We keep enrollment and program records for as long as you have access to a program, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Session recordings are kept for participant replay and curriculum review. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.

Your choices and rights

  • Access or correction. Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
  • Deletion. Ask us to delete your information, subject to required records.
  • Recordings. Ask to be excluded from published clips, or ask us to remove a clip featuring you.
  • Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply and ask to be removed. We will still send messages you need about a program you are enrolled in.

To exercise any of these, email hello@aileverageautomation.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor those rights where they apply.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and reputable service providers to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our programs are intended for working adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our programs change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
