If a program is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No explanation required.

How to request a refund

Email hello@aileverageautomation.com from the address you enrolled with, within 30 days of your purchase date, and say you would like a refund. We will confirm by email and process it.

When you will get the money

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process them within 5 business days of your request. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, access to program materials, recordings, and the cohort ends. Materials you downloaded during that period remain licensed to you for your own use and may not be shared or resold, as set out in our Terms of Use.

Payment plans

If you are paying in installments, the 30 days run from your first payment. A refund within that window returns what you have paid and cancels any remaining installments.

Institutional and sponsored enrollment

Where an employer, university, chamber, or other organization has purchased seats, refunds are handled with that organization under the agreement we signed with them, not individually with each participant.

Rescheduling instead of refunding

If the timing is the problem rather than the program, tell us. We can usually move you to a later cohort at no cost, which keeps your seat and your progress.
